These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on one hand by the company RE-FPACK, a single-member company with limited liability, registered with the Register of Commerce and Companies of Lille Métropole under the number 488 032 830 00025 and whose head office is located at 98 rue de Lille 59350 SAINT ANDRE LEZ LILLE, hereinafter referred to as "DiXe" and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website https://dixe.games, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer".

SECTION 1 : OBJECT
These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between DiXe and the Buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site https://dixe.games, subject to the public order provisions of the Code of Consumption.
The acquisition of a good through the present site implies an unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these conditions of sale.
DiXe reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date of the order by the Buyer, the reference of the general conditions of sale being authentic.
SECTION 2 - RATES AND PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding processing fees and shipping.
DiXe reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site, the day of the order, will be applicable only to the Buyer.
The products remain the property of DiXe until full payment of the price.
The prices indicated include the cost of processing and delivery in France, except for Corsica and Dom-Tom where additional costs can be determined at the time of the order.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside metropolitan France may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These rights will be your responsibility and will be your sole responsibility. DiXe is not required to verify and inform the Buyer of the customs duties and taxes applicable in each country. The Buyer must check with the local authorities.
SECTION 3 - AVAILABILITY
Products visible on the website are marketed within the limits of available stocks. Information on the availability of the products are provided to you at the time of placing the order.
For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may exceptionally exist.
In the event of a final unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email upon receipt of information received from suppliers. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be refunded immediately if your bank account has been debited.
For payment by check, in case of unavailability of all or part of the order, the refund will be made by check or at the latest within thirty days from the payment of the sums paid by the customer.
Beyond a period of 3 months, outstanding balances paid by credit card and not honored are annulled, for reasons of expiry of the debit authorization on the card.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT
The price is due when ordering. The payment of your purchases is made by bank transfer, check or via Paypal:

To finalize your order, simply:

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Paypal allows you to pay your purchases online, safely, without the need to enter your bank details and therefore communicate them to the merchant.
After selecting this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal website. You will then be able to login to your account or create one if you do not have one.
From your Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card, bank account or using your available Paypal balance.

If you have chosen payment by check, your order will be put on hold and shipped upon receipt of your payment.
To finalize your order by check, simply follow these steps:

Section 6 - DELIVERY
Shipments are from Monday to Saturday. The products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.
The games are sent Green Letter or by Chronopost (2 to 5 working days indicative time).
The Buyer is obliged to check, in the presence of the postman, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery.
In the event that the Buyer has any doubt about the condition or the contents of his package, he is obliged to apply the Chronopost procedure and to refuse the merchandise by immediately issuing a statement of anomaly to the postman. It is a matter of putting reservations on the coupon form provided for this purpose. Your reservations must be accurate, complete, dated and signed. The latter must make it possible to determine the nature of the goods damaged, the number of objects concerned and the extent of the damage. The Purchaser will then be required to inform DiXe by email at contact@dixe.games.
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock, DiXe reserves the right to split the shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment. Only items shipped will be cashed
In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product is not shipped, you can always cancel your order.
SECTION 7 - REFUND
You have a period of 14 days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you. The return costs will be your responsibility.

DiXe is not liable for damages resulting in particular from the use of digital networks such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service failure, or other dysfunctions not attributable to DiXe.

This agreement is subject to French law. Any dispute arising from the commercial relationship between DiXe and the Buyer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
